Kali is a single woman in her thirties who seems to have everything she needs to be happy: a cozy apartment near Les Halles, a steady job, loyal friends. A quiet life… perhaps a little too quiet. Shadows from her past still haunt her, along with the memory of a stolen love.

Pushed by her best friend Alex—an anthropologist fascinated by shamanism—Kali signs up for a mystical retreat led by a Native American shaman deep in the forests of the Jura. She hopes the experience will help her forget her former lover and reclaim her sense of womanhood.

But her encounter with the enigmatic shaman will shatter every certainty she has.

From the moment the mysterious Sunny Thunderchild arrives, strange events begin to unfold, quickly turning into tragedy. Fear spreads among the participants, tightening its grip day after day.
